Students are entitled to bring one complimentary school bag as part of their carry-on allowance. This bag must weigh under 7 lbs and adhere to our size guidelines. We understand the needs of student travelers and aim to make your journey convenient and cost-effective with this added benefit.

Need to bring extra items? Additional carry-on bags are welcome for a nominal fee of $10 per bag, provided they weigh no more than 10 lbs each. This policy ensures every passenger enjoys a comfortable journey without overcrowding or compromising the storage space available onboard.

To maintain a safe, comfortable, and efficient travel experience, all luggage must comply with our strict size and weight guidelines. Overly large or heavy luggage may not be permitted onboard to ensure the safety of passengers and the proper functioning of the vehicle. Please contact us in advance if you have special luggage requirements to avoid inconvenience.

For your convenience, our shuttles only stop at designated locations when there is a confirmed booking for a pick-up or drop-off at that spot. This allows us to operate on a timely schedule while avoiding unnecessary delays for other passengers. To secure your preferred stop, please book in advance.

Enjoy added convenience with our door-to-door pick-up and drop-off service, available within a 10-km radius of our designated stops only in the Greater Toronto and Montreal areas. This personalized option is offered for a small additional fee of $10.00. Please note that pre-booking at least 24 hours in advance is required to arrange this service, ensuring seamless coordination with our drivers.
